I had a pain in my leg yesterday that was KILLING ME.

When I tell you, literally the pain was shooting and radiating like electricity from my hip down to my toe....I'm not exaggerating.

Now, this is an area that my intuition has spoke to me through many times before.

I used to look at it like "chronic pain," but now I've had several experiences where the pain *spontaneously* went away when I listened to what it was telling me to do.

So I know better now than to go to the doctor or try to heal it some other way.

So I sat with myself for hours during the day just feeling the pain and focusing on it.

It brought up a lot of feelings and childhood memories of being in the doctors office all the time.

I was talking to Andra about it mid-day and he asked me, "What was happening when the pain started?" And I remembered, that morning I was reading through my old hospital records when it started.

He said, "Is there something in there for you to pay attention to?"

I was like hm....I have been slowly recalling a lot of my blocked out memories of childhood lately and that was one thing that had come up, (hence me requesting the old records) I spent a lot of my childhood at the doctor for various reasons.

So I went back home after our chat and pulled up the records again.

The thing that stuck out to me was that a lot of things happened when I was 11, I had been prescribed anxiety medication (Prozac), I had just gotten my period, I refused a certain type of exam at the doctor for the first time, and I had developed an eating disorder and got counseling for it.

I remember reading that and thinking...wow, I didn't realize kids that young could be on anxiety meds, let alone did I remember being that anxious as a kid.

11 felt like...a rough year for me.

As I was laying in bed that night, the pain was still there and I went to focus on it again, and being 11 years old.

Suddenly the urge to watch Camp Rock came up.

I felt like 11 year old me literally was like can we please watch Camp Rock?

I didn't question it, I just turned the movie on and started watching.

IMMEDIATELY my leg pain vanished. 🤣

11 year old me just wanted to watch Camp Rock, she had been sending me signals to do it all week.

I saw a video of Joe Jonas bringing out Demi Lovato to sing a camp rock song at a Jonas Brothers concert
I started listening to the music from that movie on repeat
I even had considered getting tickets for their Phoenix Jonas Brothers show but hesitated..it wasn't intuitive

SHE WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO WATCH THIS MOVIE ALL WEEK and since I didn't catch a god damn hint she had to be loud, through my leg!

I woke up this morning, pain still gone. I'm good.

I thought to myself, people spend YEARS dealing with chronic pain, going to the doctor and doing everything they can to try to manage it...what if they just need to watch a fucking movie?

Intuition is that simple, and it almost NEVER makes sense 🤣
